CSD Launches new generation RISE RAPID Duct Seal System

To meet the increasing demand of our sealing systems, CSD has invested in developing a new generation RISE Duct Seal range. The new RISE RAPID Duct seal is an enhanced system with new features offering a 50% quicker and easier installation.
RISE RAPID Duct Seal is a multi cable and pipe transit sealing system providing an effective and simple solution to all gas and water tight duct sealing requirements. It consists of only two components: NOFIRNO sealant, a silicone based fire resistant, water repellent sealant and rubber multi sleeves. It is these newly developed multi sleeves that are supplied in bonded strips that enable sleeving the cables and packing the free space in a cable duct even easier, especially for installation in verticle ducts. The bonded sleeves help to reduce wastage, they can be separated for filling smaller gaps and easily set back within the required 20mm depth providing greater flexibility of the product.
The elasticity and high bonding strength of NOFIRNO sealant offers a flexible seal, which resists movement, shock and vibration, as well as high pressure. Completing the seal with a 20mm layer of our NOFIRNO sealant will not only provide a technically advanced and high performing duct seal but will prevent the migration of dangerours gases and provide flood protection for more than 50 years.
The system has retained all of it's original benefits including high levels of gas and water tight integrity, DSEAR & ATEX compliance and it is currently being used in many recent projects throughout the UK.
