NOFIRNO Firestop
NOFIRNO Firestop Coated Boards is a sealing system for fire protection of cable ducts in building and industrial applications. NOFIRNO Sealant is a fire-stopping sealant based on a single component silicone compound that is paste-like and simple to use.
For wall and floor openings that are oversized, the combination of NOFIRNO and NOFIRNO coated mineral wool boards has been developed to prevent unnecessary spend on expensive material.
In case of fire, NOFIRNO sealant can be applied indoors and outdoors to create a protective shield that is not only fire resistant but also acts as a thermal barrier.
Features
NOFIRNO, as well as all of CSD's products, is not based on so-called intumescent properties, but instead any expansion is produced through a chemical reaction, so smoke emission and toxicity of any fumes, typically associated with intumescent materials, are therefore minimised.
