BUSINESS PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT POLICY

The objective of CSD Sealing Systems is to supply and where requested install fire, gas and water tight conduit seals for cable transits, pipe penetrations, cable duct and building entry seals applied in the shipbuilding, offshore and onshore construction industry. This includes the supply of Fairless Cable Glands to the naval sector. 

In order to achieve this objective, the company will maintain an effective and efficient Business Planning and Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. 

In particular, the company will: 

Employ people who are determined to provide our customers with a premium service and provide the training, instruction and equipment needed to deliver this service 

Maintain safe and healthy working conditions for our employees and customers and prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health 

Maintain a flexible set of resources and ensure all equipment is safe and well maintained 

Carefully select and work closely with qualified subcontractors who enable us to satisfy our customer’s needs 

Analyse, measure and review the effectiveness of its business processes and objectives 

Provide adequate control of the quality, health & safety and environmental risks arising from our business processes 

Proactively seek feedback from customers and other interested parties 

Strive to maintain an open culture in which everyone is a contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions 

Analyse the causes of any complaint or problem and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence 

Ensure that all employees and suppliers are aware of this Policy and are committed to the effective implementation of the management system 

Ensure that CSD Sealing Systems complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements
