Pipe Penetration Systems
A flexible pipe penetration sealing system for single or multiple metallic and GRP pipe applications, providing fire protection in A60 to H120 and uninsulated A0 and H0 bulkheads and decks. The system will reduce vibration, stress and cathodic corrosion and is age tested to prove 50 years of sealing protection. It is also proven to provide a blast rating and fire protection during a 2 hour jet fire test and will ensure watertight integrity even after exposure to a 1 hour (A60) fire.

Provides fire protection and maintains watertight and gastight integrity of bulkheads and decks when plastic pipes need to pass through. The system can also be used to pass plastic pipes together with cables and metallic pipes through the same penetration.

Simple and effective system installed in minutes and best suited to single pipe penetrations up to 114.3mm (4”) in diameter and for applications where metallic or plastic pipes pass through A0 and A60 bulkheads and decks. The Dynatite version of the system is suitable for situations in which a sudden pressure exposure will occur, for example in blast walls or ammunition stores.

IP68 rated protection for electrical cabinets, enclosed and junction boxes. An effective multi-gland system for sealing cables and pipes entering cabinets, enclosures or junction boxes. Cet-A-Sil sealing plugs are used in a HMPE gland body to provide an IP68 rated seal protecting against water, dust and gas ingress that is also rodent proof. The system allows flexibility for multiple cable or pipe diameters and allowances for future cables can be built in. During maintenance, cables or pipes are easily removed and the seal is reinstated on completion.
